We have concrete experience with CR:C and have delivered training to the FFEL community on the Common Record: CommonLine standard. As the technical lead for XML initiatives at Federal Student Aid and also as a member of the PESC Technical Advisory Board, Tim Bornholtz has been been involved with the CR:C standard process since the inception of the project.
